One Moon-Lit Night 2010 or 2011
On one moon-lit night
The Indian maidens danced
By the fire.
The maidens were borne
Into different worlds.
Each their own.
And they said: each person
Has their dreams; each per-
son has their own hopes.
Never two completely alike.
Each person in little ways
Try to make their dreams come true.
Whether hidden or made
Known. Much experience
Makes a person right.
The Indians have not always
Had plenty, and are not
Known to wrong.
They danced on into the
Moon-lit mystical night.
